Chris met sixth formers at Ewell Castle school and engaged in a lively discussion answering questions about his role as a Cabinet Minister, duties as Lord Chancellor and prison policies. Chris also explained his recent involvement in the enthronement of Justin Welby as Archbishop of Canterbury; as Lord Chancellor he was required to read out the oath of allegiance to the Queen for the Bishop of Durham, the Right Reverend Justin Welby, after he was chosen to be the new archbishop.
